Interest in the stock market is now greater than ever due to its accessibility. Smartphone applications like Robinhood, Etrade, and Charles Schwab have put investing in the palm of people’s hands. Yet, the knowledge needed to be a skilled investor is not easily attainable, leaving thousands of investors vulnerable to losing their money. Many skills and intuitive virtues are needed to make profits buying stock shares.
This class is the perfect first step for anybody who wants to learn about the stock market and invest their money. We will cover several essential topics such as what makes a successful investor, the stock market vs. the economy, how to understand the stock market, and the importance of risk management.
This is a one-time group presentation, held every Thursday from 6:30-8:00 pm. The fee is $75 per person; however, Individual sessions can be scheduled for $100. Classes will have a maximum of 10 people, so signup fast because a waiting list can be expected.
